Who we are!
Federal an d County employees working together to support each other and America's farmers!!
We are FSA support staff employees, non-supervisory employees located all across the United States actively working towards better, more efficient service to our customers. Originally formed in 1975 by support staff of Farmers Home Administration, the National Association of County Office Assistants and Clerks (NACOAC) has played an active and vital role in the development of program delivery. In 1996 the National Association of Support Employees (NASE) was created when Congress decided to re-organize the USDA agencies and form two new separate agencies; Rural Development and Farm Service Agency. Our membership is open to all non-supervisory Farm Service Agency employees, federal and county.
